Steph - Osteopath & Clinical Pilates Instructor

Steph grew up as a dedicated sports enthusiast with a strong passion for health and wellness.

In both her osteopathic and pilates practise, she cultivates a trusting relationship with her patients by offering informed guidance, tailored exercise plans and self-management strategies to empower individuals to reach their personal health goals.

Her expertise and areas of interest encompass a wide range of areas, including neck and jaw pain, whiplash injuries, headaches, sporting injuries, postural issues, and women’s health. Steph is particularly passionate about supporting pregnant and postpartum mothers and has undertaken additional training in Osteopathic Care For the Pregnant Patient and Balanced Ligamentous Tension.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Steph enjoys surfing, snowboarding, refining her Pilates practise, camping and exploring new destinations, as well as unwinding with a good book.

Page - Osteopath

Page enjoys treating the whole body and supporting people across all stages of life. She has been qualified and practising since 2022, and commonly treats presentations such as neck and back pain, jaw (TMJ) dysfunction, headaches, hip and shoulder complaints, postural strain, pelvic health and general musculoskeletal discomfort.

Page takes a holistic approach to care, with a focus on optimising range of motion, supporting overall health and helping patients move and function better in everyday life.
Outside of the clinic you’ll find her in the surf, whacking a hockey ball or reading a good book.

She has a particular interest in pregnancy, post-partum care and pelvic health, and has undertaken additional training in pelvic health (internal and external) for conditions such as incontinence, constipation and prolapse; osteopathic care for the pregnant patient and headache management.
